TEACHER LEADERSHIP & COMPENSATION (TLC)
The TLC plan for the Treynor Community School District was approved by the Iowa Department of Education on December 10, 2015. We began implementing our TLC plan during the 2016-17 school year. An updated version of our plan was approved by the Treynor Board of Education and shared with the Iowa Department of Education May 2018 . The Treynor TLC Plan can be accessed here.
The 2026-27 TLC grant will fund Teacher Leadership positions as outlined below:
