Treynor Cardinal Face Mask Ordering is Open until Wednesday, June 10th at Noon. Get your customized Treynor face mask! These are washable and would be great for all the Cardinal fans to wear and will be perfect for athletes to wear during transport.  Size and measurements are shown on the web store. These masks are made to fit snug, so you may want to size up, but order according to your size. Shipment will be to our Athletic Booster Facilitator and drive-thru pick-up will be coordinated at that time. With the vendor's web host having past issues, we are including two ways to order: Click here for direct web store access.  Or, go to www.bigteamstore.com and use code CARDMASKReview the flyer here for more information.

Proposed 2020-2021 School Calendar: The Board of Directors of the Treynor Community School District will hold a public hearing for the proposed school calendar on Monday, June 8, 2020 at 6:30 P.M. in the Treynor High School Boardroom.  Interested individuals will be given an opportunity to express their views, both orally and in writing, at that time.  Individuals may also send any comments regarding the proposed school calendar to Superintendent Dr. Mark Hopkins (mhopkins@treynorcardinals.org).

School Supply Kit Online Ordering is available until June 12th.  Order online at www.shopttkits.com and use ACCOUNT 10056. This for K-8th grade students. Thank you to Junior Treynor Women for organizing this every year!

LAST CHANCE TO PURCHASE 2019-2020 YEARBOOKS! We do not have the sales numbers to purchase extras, so there will be no extra books to buy in August! Deadline to order has been extended to June 2.

Parents and Seniors: We need your senior quotes asap. All students: Send your favorite soccer, track, golf, softball, baseball pictures for our “sports throwback” pages!  Submit your photos and stories to yearbook@treynorcardinals.org

Chromebook Policy:  Students will keep their Chromebooks and chargers over the summer, hopefully to continue using them for learning opportunities. If the device has any hardware issues over the summer, please promptly reach out to Shelly Bailey at sbailey@treynorcardinals.org so that the Chromebook can be repaired. We do not want to have an abundance of repairs on the first day of school, because we would not have enough resources to get those replaced or repaired without delay. If you do not plan to return to Treynor School in the fall, please make arrangements to return your device to the school.

Interested in High School or Junior High Cross Country in the Fall? Please send an email to Coach Chaley Hempel, chempel@treynorcardinals.org, with the student's name and grade in the fall by June 30th.

Did you know you can check out digital books from the Council Bluffs Public Library? If you don’t have a card, you can fill out a form to get a digital library card on their website. The library will convert those cards to printed cards and get those to the school for student distribution in August. Once you have a digital ID card, go to their website instruction page and follow the steps for Chrome Webstore to use the Overdrive app on a Chromebook. Or, follow the other steps to use Overdrive on a personal device.  WE’D LIKE TO ENCOURAGE OUR STUDENTS TO KEEP READING!
