Back to School Nutrition Information

Nutrition plays a key role in a student's intellectual performance. Treynor CSD offers balanced and nutritious breakfast and lunch choices every day. To check out our menus, you can access those here. We utilize a menu program called Health-e Pro (My School Menus), which is USDA-approved, cloud-based menu planning software that offers nutrient analysis, support for various nutrition programs and smart snack standards, and is designed for easy use. Menus are subject to change due to vendor shortages or schedule changes, and this online menu program will reflect those changes dynamically.

Go to My Schools Menus Website and select Treynor Elementary, Treynor Middle School or Treynor High School from the drop-down menu. Select Breakfast or Lunch Menu. Select the menu item to view nutrition information.  Or download the mobile app (see QR codes below) to view menus and nutrition information. The app also includes features like:

  • Build-a-meal: Allows users to select menu items and view their nutritional information.
  • Attribute Listing: Provides information on attributes like vegetarian, locally grown, gluten-free, and organic.
  • Ingredient Information: Displays detailed ingredient information for menu items

To review a video on how to use the new menu program, click here.

We also want you to be aware of our nutrition policies regarding negative balances. You can read that information here.

If you think you may qualify for free or reduced meals, applying in the JMC online parent portal is very easy. Within the Family JMC Portal, click on "Register for 2026-2027" menu along the left-hand side. Next, click on "Application for Educational Benefits" to begin the process to apply for free or reduced meals. Click here to read an information letter which contains frequently asked questions and income guidelines.

We can't wait to see your kids in our cafeteria!
