State Girls Basketball Schedule

Congratulations to the Girls' Basketball players and coaches for their regional championship win on Wednesday, February 25th against Pleasantville. The win earns them a trip to Girls State Basketball in Des Moines. 2A Brackets have been set and Treynor is scheduled to play Central Lyon on Wednesday, March 4th at 11:45 a.m. 

School will not be in session on Wednesday, March 4th to accommodate the large group of students, staff and community's attendance as the girls play on the big stage. 

With a win on Wednesday, the girls would advance to the semi-final round which would be played on Friday, March 6th at 11:45 a.m, and we would not have school on that day either. If the girls lose on Wednesday, we would have school as normal on Friday, March 6th. With a win on Friday, the girls would advance to the championship game held on Saturday, March 7th at 4:45 p.m.

A pep bus is being offered for students for Wednesday's game. Sign up with $25 payment by Noon Tuesday, March 3rd.  Cost includes cost of ticket. We need a minimum number of riders to have a pep bus, so encourage your friends to sign up.
