Treynor Graduates 70
On Sunday, May 15, 2022, commencement was held in Treynor High School's west gym. Many were in attendance to witness the graduation ceremony of 70 graduates. Of the 70 graduates, 53 graduated with honors or high honors and 33 were members of the National Honor Society. The program began with the singing of "Omnia Vincit Amor" by the High School Chorus, followed by the playing of the processional by the High School Band.
Elizabeth Boese delivered the welcome message, which was followed by the choir singing "We Can Dream". The High School Concert Band performed "Symphonic Overture", which was followed by the playing of the senior parent video. Norah Beekhuizen, Elsie Hrasky and Rachel Kinsella delivered their combined speech "A Thank You from the Class of 2022".
Honors Recognition was given by High School Principal Jacob Hedger, who also delivered his final remarks to the graduates. The event concluded with Superintendent Dr. Mark Hopkins presenting the diplomas.
