On Friday, September 27th, Cardinal Core hosted the 8th annual Cardinal Combine for youth in grades K-5 at the Treynor football complex. 111 kids participated in five different events. The events were punting, passing, kicking, 40 yard dash, and broad jump. There were 14 new records set. The division champions and runner ups for each grade were: 

Kindergarten Boys:
1st: Bowen Stoffel 2nd: Bek Irlmeier

Kindergarten Girls:
1st: Chloee Robbins 2nd: Blair Hubka

First Grade Boys:
1st: Malachi Heath.   2nd: Abram Koch & Holten Smith (tie)

First Grade Girls:
1st: Landry Campbell 2nd: Annika Croushorn

Second Grade Boys:
1st: Cruz Sornson 2nd: Miles Anderson

Second Grade Girls:
1st: Letty Chambers 2nd: Gabby Goos

Third Grade Boys:
1st: Ben Kreger 2nd: Carter Mackland

Third Grade Girls:
1st: Lou Chambers 2nd: Sloane Fleissner

Fourth Grade Boys:
1st: Toby Campbell 2nd: Cruz Wallace & Kyle Maguire & Mason Croushorn (tie)

Fourth Grade Girls:
1st: Sloane Chambers 2nd: Charlize Kotrous

Fifth Grade Boys:
1st: Lance Croushorn & Caleb Bierbaum (tie) 2nd: Wyatt Fleissner

Fifth Grade Girls:
1st: Phoebe Andersen 2nd: Harper Temeyer
