PLTW Students Earn Top Scores
Students in Mr. Nelson’s Project Lead the Way class, Principles of Engineering, took a nationally standardized end of the course assessment that’s evaluated on a 9-point scoring system.
Brendan Mass (sophomore) and Cainan Davidson (freshman) achieved the highest possible score of a 9. Only 3% of students who take the test achieve a perfect score. Zach Molde (junior) and Wynn Keller (sophomore) achieved an 8 which puts them in the top 17% of students taking the assessment.
All four students qualify to receive 3 credit hours through the University of Iowa.
See the Treynor's PLTW webpage for more information about this program.
