The official ribbon cutting ceremony and open house was held on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. for the new facility construction and renovation. The new facility to the south of the current high school includes a new fine arts wing with a 500-seat auditorium, band room, vocal music and art classroom. The addition also contains four classrooms, a meeting room, an office for the Curriculum Director and an office and meeting room for the High School Counselor. The completed renovations of the current facility include a remodel and expansion of the weight room and renovation of the old auditorium into a wrestling room. Renovations still underway are the old band and vocal music room, which will become new locker rooms as well as two of the high school classrooms being remodeled into one large science room. This remodel will allow science classes for middle school and high school to be centralized.
