Homecoming 2019
Homecoming is Friday, September 13th with "A Pixar Event" theme and "Drawing Up a Cardinal Victory" motto. Many activities are scheduled throughout the week, including the dress-up days throughout the week, and parade, community pep rally, Kids Combine, dinner and game on Friday. Coronation of homecoming court will be during half-time of the football game and the homecoming dance for high school students will be on Saturday. Cheerleaders will be selling spirit items again this year. The cheerleaders will be at the elementary schools Thursday afternoon.

Sunday, September 8th

Dress-Up Days (Elementary, MS & HS are all the same):
Monday: Monsters University - College Day
Tuesday: Sleeping Beautifies - Pajama Day
Wednesday: Incredibles - Superhero Day
Thursday: Just Keep Swimming - Beach/Hawaiian Day
Friday: Spirit Day (Red/White)
Hats or head wear (no masks) may be worn but must be part of the dress up theme for that day. Please be sure the way you dress follows the proper guidelines for modesty, morality and shows respect for others.

Zion Church is grilling hamburgers, hot dogs and brats in their parking lot for a free-will donation. |

Pep Rally @ Athletic Complex See the bleacher seating chart for the pep rally. Parents are being asked to sit in the community section so elementary students can sit with their classmates & teachers. |

Prepare for Parade Participants do not need to pre-register. Line yourself up in the visitor parking lot south of the football complex. The parade will start after the pep rally at approximately 2:00. The parade will head north on Eyberg Avenue and proceed east on Main Street. Parade floats will end up on Elementary Drive where students will be dismissed. Floats need to be moved from Elementary Drive before bus pick-up. Floats that do not have elementary students may continue down Main Street to find a place to turn around. |

Enjoy dinner at Silos or the concession stand at the football game, which will open at 6:15 p.m. The Post Prom Committee running the concession stand will be having pulled pork sandwiches, as well as the usual hot dogs, hamburgers, walking tacos and chicken sandwiches. |

If there is inclement weather, the parade will be canceled and we will have school as usual with all students attending. We will run the 2:00 early dismissal bell schedule and the Pep Rally will be at 2:00 in the West Gym. Busses will run at the completion of the Pep Rally.
Saturday, September 14th:
High School Homecoming Dance in the MS Commons. 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. Cost is $3 per person or $5 per couple. Dress is semi-formal.
*Students that leave the dance will not be allowed to return. If you have a date that is not a THS student, a Visitor Permission Form must be on file before the end of the day on Thursday, September 12th. This form should be returned to the High School Office. Middle School students and individuals over the age of 20 are not allowed to attend THS dances.
