Girls Basketball Wins Championship!
3/2/19 Update: The girls' basketball team defeated Grundy Center 48-30 in the championship game tonight at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. There will be a championship rally for them Sunday at 5:00 p.m. in the west gym. Come celebrate with them. 3/1/19 Update: The girls defeated Central Decatur 58-53 in the semi-finals today. They will advance to the Class 2A Championship game against Grundy Center tomorrow, Saturday March 2nd at 5:00 p.m. at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. Great job to the players and coaches on this victory. Best of luck to them all as they play tomorrow!
2/27/19 Update: The girls defeated North Linn today 53-44 in quarterfinals. They will advance to the Semi-Final round on Friday at Wells Fargo Arena. They will play Central Decatur at 11:45 a.m. There will be no school on Friday, March 1st.
ORIGINAL STORY:
Congratulations to the Girls' Basketball team and the coaches on their victory last evening over Woodbury Central. The Cardinals outscored the Wildcats 75-48 in the regional final held at AHSTW. Treynor will play against North Linn at 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. There will be NO SCHOOL on Wednesday, February 27th.

All tickets are $10 and must be purchased at the Wells Fargo Arena or online at http://www.iowaeventscenter.com/ (service charge will apply).
