Jerry wins Boys 1A Districts

10/21/16 - Congratulations to Jerry Jorgenson for winning the 1A Boys Cross Country race yesterday at the State Qualifying Cross Country meet in Panora, Iowa. Jerry finished with a time of 17:16.03.  Jerry will advance to State Cross Country at Lakeside Municipal Golf Course in Fort Dodge, Iowa on Saturday, October 29th. There were twenty-nine teams entered and the girls were 11th and the boys 16th. Individually there were 132 runners in the boys' race and 134 in the girls. Other results of the meet: Jacob Keay was 84th, Mitchell Lutz 93rd, Jake Lang 110th and Max Hayes 111th. Allison Young was the top girl finisher in 42nd place with McKayla Olsen 52nd, Isabelle Kudron 70th, Kaylee Finnegan 71st, Clare Travis 74th, Miranda Becker 77th and Emily Sutherland 79th.

Congratulations to all the runners on a fine season.  

10/17/16 - State Qualifying Cross Country is coming up this week on Thursday, October 20th at Panorama West Golf Course in Panora, Iowa. Girls will run at 4:00 p.m. Boys will run at 4:45 p.m. Good luck to everyone as they compete Thursday! Click here to view a graphic of the course map.

10/11/16 - Congratulations to the cross-country teams on their efforts at the conference meet yesterday. The girls were 6th, the JV girls 1st and the boys 9th. For the girls Isabelle Kudron was 25th, Allison Young 29th, Sydney Carman 32nd, McKayla Olsen 33rd, Kaylee Finnegan 35th, Miranda Becker 51st and Clare Travis 46th. In the junior varsity race Emily Sutherland was 3rd, Jordan Finnegan 5th, Riley Linehan 7th, Klara Ticer 8th, Kaylie Blackledge 9th and Jordan Lowe 10th.  Jerry Jorgenson was the boys' champion with Jacob Keay 38th, Cainan Davidson 49th, Mitchell Lutz 51st, Jake Lang 61st, Max Hayes 62nd and Jacob Reelfs 64th.  In the JH girls' race Josie Davidson was 5th in a personal best. Also recording personal bests were Miranda Becker, Kaylie Blackledge, Riley Linehan and Jordan Lowe. Season bests were recorded by Kaylee Finnegan and Emily Sutherland. 9/30/16 - Congratulations to the cross-country teams on their excellent performances at Shenandoah yesterday. The boys finished 13th, the girls were 9th, the JV girls were 3rd and the JH boys were 9th. Jerry Jorgenson won the boys' race with Mitchell Lutz 82nd, Jacob Keay 83rd, Cainan Davidson 88th, Jake Lang 107th, Jacob Reelfs 108th and Max Hayes 109th. All the boys set personal bests in the race. The girls were led by Isabelle Kudron in 45th. Following her were Sydney Carman in 52nd, Allison 57th, McKayla Olsen 61st,  Kaylee Finnegan 65th, Clare Travis 69th and Miranda Becker 73rd. Sydney, Clare, Miranda and Allison had personal bests. McKayla had a season best.In the junior varsity girls' race Emily Sutherland was36th, Jordan FInnegan 37th, Riley Linehan 46th, Klara Ticer 49th, Jordan Lowe 52nd and Kaylie Blackledge 53rd. Jordan Finnegan, Riley and Jordan Lowe all had personal bests and Emily Sutherland had a season best. Josie Davidson was 6th in a personal best time in the junior high girls' race. Devin Westin was 15th for the junior high boys. Cannon Kellar was 35th, Gabe Travis 59th, Cayden Brown 61st, Tyler Christensen 66th and Michael Davis 76th. Gabe, Cannon, Tyler and Michael all ran personal bests.

9/26/16 - Congratulations to the cross-country teams on their performances in Harlan on Saturday. The girls were 12th and the boys 13th. For the girls Sydney Carman was 58th, Kaylee Finnegan 61st, Allison Young 66th, Isabelle Kudron 70th, McKayla Olsen 72nd, Miranda Becker 73rd and Emily Sutherland 80th. Clare Travis led the JV  girls in 33rd Kaylie Blackledge 45th, Jordan Finnegan 47th and Riley Linehan 68th. For the junior high girls Emma Ehmke was 19th and Josie Davidson 20th.  Cannon Kellar led the junior high boys with a 57th place finish followed by Cayden Brown 85th, Gabe Travis 86th, Tyler Christensen 94th and Michael Davis 108th. Jacob Reelfs was 90th in the JV race. In the boys' varsity race Jerry Jorgenson was the champion. Mitchell Lutz 76th, Jacob Keay 78th, Cainan Davidson 79th, Noah Driver 80th, Max Hayes 84th and Jake Lang 89th.

9/23/16 - Congratulations to the cross-country teams on their efforts at Mapleton yesterday. The varsity girls finished 6th, the JH boys 5th, the varsity boys 4th and the JV girls 3rd. Allison Young led the girls by finishing in 26th, McKayla Olsen 28th, Isabelle Kudron 40th, Miranda Becker 31st, Kaylee Finnegan 36th, Emily Sutherland 40th and Clare Travis 43rd. Jerry Jorgenson was 2nd in the boys' race in a personal best time, Noah Driver was 32nd, Mitchell Lutz 33rd, Cainan Davidson 40th, Jacob Keay 41st, Max Hayes 48th and Jake Lang 69th. Noah, Cainan and Mitchell all ran personal best times.  For the girls' JV Jordan Finnegan was 11th, Kaylie Blackledge 14th, Klara Ticer 17th, Riley Linehan 21st and Jordan Lowe 28th. Josie Davidson was 5th time n the JH girls' race. Jacob Reelfs was 27th in the JV boys' race. For the junior high boys Cannon Kellar was 14th, Gabe Travis 26th, Cayden Brown 31st, Tyler Christensen 33rd and Michael Davis 36th. All the junior high runners ran personal bests. Tomorrow, the varsity team will run at Harlan Golf & Country Club at 9:30 a.m.

9/14/16Congratulations to the cross-country teams on their efforts at the AHSTW meet. The boys finished seventh and the girls fifth. Jerry paced the boys by coming in first, Jacob Keay 35th, Cainan Davidson 37th, Mitchell Lutz 38th, Noah Driver 45th, Max Hayes 59th, Jake Lang 60th and Jacob Reelfs 61st. Gabe Travis was the top junior high finisher in 32nd, Tyler Christensen 34th, Cayden Brown 35th and Michael Davis 40th.  Isabelle Kudron medaled in finishing 11th, Kaylee Finnegan 20th, Allison Young 21st,  Miranda Becker 22nd, Emily Sutherland 23rd, Clare Travis 28th, Jordan Finnegan 31st, Rylie Linehan 34th, Kaylie Blackledge 37th, Klara Ticer 38th and Jordan Lowe 45th. Josie Davidson was fifth in the junior high race.

9/12/16Congratulations to the cross-country teams on their fine performances at IWCC on Saturday. The girls finished 11th, the JV girls 5th and the boys 10th. For the boys Jerry Jorgenson won the meet with Mitchell Lutz 66th, Jacob Keay 69th, Cainan Davidson 72nd and Max Hayes 73rd. In the junior varsity race Jake Lang was 73rd and Jacob Reelfs 74th. In the junior high race Gabe Travis was 102nd, Cayden Brown 103rd and Tyler Christensen 105th. Isabelle Kudron led the girls with a 30th place finish. She was followed by Kaylee Finnegan in 54th, Miranda Becker 63rd, Allison Young 64th, McKayla Olsen 67th, Clare Travis 68th and Emily Owens 69th. In the junior varsity race Jordan Finnegan was 26th, Emily Sutherland 33rd, Klara Ticer 41st, Kaylie Blackledge 42nd and Riley Linehan 48th. Emma Ehmke was 30th in the junior race.

9/7/16 - Congratulations to the cross-country teams on their efforts at their meet last night. The girls finished 10th and the boys 9th. In the junior high girls' race Emma Ehmke was 4th and Josie Davidson 5th. For the boys Gabe Travis was 53rd, Cayden Brown 61st and Tyler Christensen 63rd. The high school  girls were led by Sydney Carman in 34th, Clare Travis 36th, Kaylee Finnegan 47th, Miranda Becker 51st, Isabelle Kudron 52nd, Emily Owens 55th, Allison Young 57th, Klara Ticer 61st, Kaylie Blackledge 64th, Jordan Finnegan 68th, Emily Sutherland 71st, Riley Linehan 73rd and Jordan Lowe 86th. Jerry Jorgenson was the high school boys' champion followed by Mitchell Lutz in 34th, Max Hayes 49th, Jacob Keay 60th, Cainan Davidson 66th, Jake Lang 89th and Jacob Reelfs 92nd. Varsity runners will compete this coming Saturday, September 10th at IWCC starting at 9:00 a.m.

8/31/16 - In less than a week, Treynor Cross Country runners will start their season at the Varsity Invitational held at Treynor Recreation Area. Stay tuned to the Treynor XC Facebook page for interactive pictures & updates as well as course maps.
