Register for your Council Bluffs Public Library Card here. Middle School students were paid a visit from the CBPL teen librarian recently and were presented with the benefits of having a library card with CB Public Library. This will allow students to check out books both digitally and in person. Side note: All residents of Treynor are able to get a CBPL card for free based on the City’s agreement with the library.
