3/2/18 UPDATE:  The girls played a 10:00 a.m. semi-final game today against Grundy Center and lost 39-42 in the battle against the Spartans. All of us here at Treynor CSD and the entire community are proud of this team and their phenomenal season. 

2/28/18 UPDATE: The girls won the quarterfinal game last night against West Sioux, 54-30 and will play Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the semi-final game against Grundy Center. There will be NO SCHOOL Friday. Go Cardinals!

The Girls Basketball Team is going to State! Join the fun and come cheer on our Cards!  

• Our Treynor basketball girls will play West Sioux at Wells Fargo Arena on Tuesday evening, Feb. 27 at 6:45 P.M.  Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union will not be sending tickets for purchase here at school.  The general admission tickets may be purchased at Wells Fargo for $10.  You may also order them online at http://www.iowaeventscenter.com  for $10 plus a $1.50 handling charge. Be aware of the Arena's policies by visiting the policy page.
• If you are unable to attend, IGHSAU will be streaming the games live on their website at http://ighsau.org/. 
• A community-wide pep rally for the team was held Sunday evening, February 25, at 7:00 P.M. in the West Gym.  Come cheer our champs on to State!
• We will have a 1:00 P.M. dismissal on Tuesday, February 27.
• WHEN we win on Tuesday, we would play in the semi-finals on March 2 at 10:00 A.M.  Therefore, we would not have school on Friday, March 2.  Tickets for the semi-finals will be available at Wells Fargo following the game on Tues. night.  The cost is $10.
• The Finals for the State Championship are March 3 at 5:00 P.M.  Tickets will be available at Wells Fargo following the semi-final game.  The cost is $10.
