Welcome to Treynor Middle School! The Treynor Middle School serves approximately 215 sixth through eighth grade students.
The ground floor of the middle school area was built in 1984, and this area shares classrooms with the high school students. Classes held in this area include Family and Consumer Science, Science, and Industrial Technology. This shared area also contains the West and East Gyms and a Study Hall Room. The space that formerly housed the auditorium, music and band classrooms was remodeled to create a larger wrestling room, two locker rooms and an Athletic Director office and meeting room.
The 2nd and 3rd Floor area of the middle school was built in the early 1970's. These classrooms were remodeled in 2009 and 2010, which included the addition of carpeting, counter space and cupboards. The 2nd floor houses the library, four classrooms, and lockers. The 3rd floor has a total of 6 classrooms.
The district is fortunate in having very fine facilities, both from the standpoint of equipment and buildings. All the classrooms in the middle school are connected to the Internet via wired and wireless networking.

The west gym is located just off the middle school commons. This gym serves as the main gym for all athletic events.
In the MS/HS shared space, you will find the newly remodeled weight room, that is located just south of the main West gym.
The athletic hallway outside the west gym will lead to the newly remolded Activities Director office & meeting complex on the right.
The new AD office & coach complex can be found in the west gym hallway. Here you will find Mr. Tim Navara, Activities Director.
The former auditorium was remodeled to provide a larger space for our wrestling program. This is located across the hall from the West Gym.
Cory Young's nurse office is located in the Middle School office, where she serves both MS and HS students.

This Science Room is located near the 8th grade lockers and is used primarily for HS science.
This hallway goes past the MS Office, and nearby is the FCS classroom.

The library is on the 2nd floor of the middle school, and is full of reading and resource material for all 6-12th grade students.
This is the East Gym
This hallway is located near the East Gym and connects the MS-HS shared space to the HS addition.
The new athletic complex, featuring artificial turf, was completed in the fall of 2013.
