Treynor High School took two teams to the WIC Weightlifting competition on Thursday, March 16th held at Missouri Valley High School. The boys came away with the Championship and the girls placed 2nd. The competition is based on a Schwartz formula for boys and the Malone Formula for girls.
Congratulations to the teams and to Coach Lovely for his guidance and encouragement every day in the Strength & Conditioning program.
